Cory Faber, MA SLP CCC
Cory graduated from Augustana University in 1992 where he received an B.A. in Communication Disorders. He then went on to obtain a Master’s degree from the University of South Dakota in 1994. He worked as an SLP for the Lennox School district for 10 years where he began his private practice in 2004. Since then he has expanded his practice to include physical therapy and occupational therapies as well. Cory specializes in pediatric therapy. He has received training in P.R.O.M.T., Tele-therapy, Apraxia, Stuttering, Autism, child language disorders, phonological/articulation, Cleft Palate, Hearing Impairment, tele-therapy and other rare disorders. He has worked in schools for over 30 years in schools and Trained in Orofacial Myofunctional disorders. His practice contracts with schools, medical clinics, state and other practices to offer therapy to children and their families. Cory is a state and nationally certified Speech-language pathologist. He enjoys, hunting, fishing, restoring fj40 land cruisers and spending time with his family. Cory and his wife have been foster parents for 8 years.
Erin Strande, MA SLP CCC/SLP
Erin received her B.A. from the University of Sioux Falls in 2005. She graduated with her M.A. in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of South Dakota in 2013. Erin and her husband have three children. She especially enjoys working with social skills, early intervention, language and speech sound disorders. Erin is a state and nationally certified Speech-language pathologist. Erin loves working with kiddos and watching them build confidence in their speech and language skills!
Ashton Ekdom OT MA OTR/L
I was born and raised in Sioux Falls, SD. My maiden name is Ashton Weber, and I attended St. Mary Elementary, then O’Gorman Junior High and High School. I have always had a passion to work with children to see them gain their independence. In my free time, I enjoy family time with my husband and 3 children. We love to do anything that involves the water such as boating and swimming. As a family, we enjoy playing outside any moment we can or board games when it is cold. I also enjoy reading my kindle and book club with friends.
Katherine Duncan SLPa
Born and raised in the Southeast, Katherine graduated from Auburn University Montgomery in 2003, where she received a B.A. in Communication with a concentration in Speech Language Pathology and Audiology. She then studied Communication Disorders at Western Kentucky University while working as a Speech Therapist in the Clarksville Montgomery County School District in Tennessee. During her time in the school system, she provided speech and language services for preschool through 5th grade and was certified in ABA and PECS. As her family grew, she decided to become a stay-at-home mom and homeschool her children. While homeschooling, Katherine enjoyed learning alongside her children in all grades and subject areas, while also teaching co-op classes in Geography and Art. In 2021, her family relocated to South Dakota. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her children (21, 16, 14, 12, and 5), traveling, concerts, playing games, working out, and creating art.

Hannah Berens MA SLP-CFY
Hannah attended the University of South Dakota for her undergraduate degree in Communication Disorders. She went on to obtain her master’s degree from Rockhurst University in Kansas City. She has a love for the outdoors and spending time with her dog. Hannah is originally from Marion South Dakota and resides in Sioux Falls. Hannah has a great sense of humor and loves to joke with the kids!
Shelly Rausch MA CCC/SLP
Michelle received her B.A in Communication Disorders from the University of South Dakota with a minor in Psychology. She went on to earn her Master’s of Arts degree from U.S.D. She has worked in the hospital settings, rehabilitation and specializes in adult neurology and pediatric populations. She is a state and nationally certified Speech-language pathologist. She has worked for Theratime since 2007.
Taylor Moser, MA SLP
Taylor received her B.A. in 2022 and her M.A. in Speech-Language Pathology in 2024, both from the University of South Dakota. In addition to her schooling, Taylor has knowledge of American Sign Language and incorporates it into her work with children. Taylor enjoys working with language and speech sound disorders, literacy, fluency (stuttering), and social communication. She loves helping children overcome challenges and build their speech and language skills, celebrating every success along the way! In her spare time, Taylor enjoys spending time with her fiancé and family, walking her dog, playing games, spinning color guard, and relaxing with a good book in her hammock.
Bethany Cramblit, M.A. CCC-SLP
Speech-Language Pathologist
Bethany graduated from the University of Connecticut in 2007 with her Master of Arts in Communication Disorders and has been practicing speech-language therapy for 13 years. She is licensed to practice in South Dakota and is certified by the American Speech-Language- Hearing Association (ASHA). For seven years, she worked in Connecticut with children ages birth to three with a variety of developmental and complex medical needs, including: autism, Down syndrome, craniofacial anomalies, tracheostomy and ventilator dependence, feeding disorders, and cerebral palsy. For the last six years, she has worked as a pediatric speech-language pathologist at Avera Therapy. She served as member on the Autism and Down syndrome multidisciplinary evaluation teams. Special interests include feeding and swallowing disorders (dysphagia), stuttering, early intervention, childhood apraxia of speech, and voice disorders. Bethany has over 80 hours of advanced training in pediatric feeding disorders. She is passionate about helping families and their children have mealtime success as well as helping children find their voice. In addition to her pediatric experience, she has worked with the adult population in outpatient rehabilitation.

Erin received her B.A. in psychology from Augustana University in 1993 and went on to earn her Master’s of Science in clinical counseling from South Dakota State University in 1995. She worked at Children’s Home Society as a clinical counselor from 1991-1998. She enjoys working with challenging children including her own four. She has worked with many types of challenging behaviors of children. She is married to Cory and helps manage and operate Theratime since 2013. She loves spending time with her family, running, reading and cooking.
Mathia Rall Counselor Mathia Rall, DrPH MSW CSW-PIP LISW MSA QMHP
Mathia Rall specializes in behavioral health, psychology and mental health evaluations. She offers comprehensive holistic mental health care and treats behavioral health concerns. She also serves as a clinical instructor at Sanford School of Medicine. Mathia focuses on meetings clients where they are at in life’s journey and exploring strategies to become the best version of yourself.
Jennifer Stewart, MS, OTR/L
Jennifer graduated from the University of South Dakota with a Bachelor or Science in psychology and a minor in communication disorders. She graduated with a M.S. in occupational therapy from USD in 2002. She has been providing occupational therapy for the past 20 years primarily in the field of pediatrics. She has enjoyed working in a variety of settings. She has received extensive training in sensory processing disorders, feeding difficulties (including SOS trained), tone management and positioning, assistive technology, Handwriting Without Tears, Interactive Metronome, interventions for working with children with neurodevelopmental disabilities, vision difficulties, fine and visual motor development, and motor planning difficulties.
Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors exploring, crafts and reading in her free time.
Molly Schoenfelder MSW, CSW
I graduated with a bachelors in psychology in 2020 from Augustana University. I went on to get my Masters of Social Work from USD and graduated in 2022. I am a Certified Social Worker (CSW) with experience supporting children and families across residential care, family-based services, and early childhood settings. I work individually with children and closely with families to address social-emotional concerns, strengthen caregiver confidence, and support children’s success in their home environment.
My approach is grounded in a systems perspective, recognizing that children are best supported when the adults and systems around them are supported as well. I focus on understanding each family’s unique needs and collaborating with caregivers and other service providers to develop practical, strengths-based strategies that promote stability, connection, and growth. I am committed to providing compassionate, family-centered care that meets clients where they are and supports meaningful, lasting change. In my spare time, I love to spend time with my family and seeing my nephews and nieces grow up. I enjoy playing volleyball, basketball, and rugby.
