When Brayden was approaching age 3, we were concerned he wasn’t talking. At all. By the grace of God, we found Theratime. He started working with Andrea and it wasn’t long before he was talking!! Words cannot describe how we felt when we heard him start to talk to us. To be able to communicate without the screaming (which he did often because he didn’t know any other form of communication) was such a relief. Cory and Andrea had reassured us the screaming would end as soon as he started talking. They were right. Such a blessing to be able to communicate with our little boy! Theratime has been great to work with. They meet with Brayden at his daycare, which is very convenient as we both work full-time. Andrea provides feedback following each session and is always available when we have questions or need advice. She has worked with Brayden on social skills as well. He is now in Kindergarten and has many friends. Gone are the days of him playing alone. We do not know where we’d be without the help of Theratime.

We highly recommend Theratime. Our daughter always looked forward to her sessions with her speech therapist, Emily. Emily showed professionalism and compassion. She is highly educated in the field and has a gift for working with kids. We found her to be very accommodating and worked with us as a team. Most importantly, we could see that she has our daughter’s best interest in mind. It felt like Emily wanted our daughter to succeed as much as we did as parents. She effectively collaborated with all parties that could impact our daughter’s speech. She collaborated with our daughter’s teachers at school to maximize and compliment each other on lessons. She worked with other staff at Theratime to leverage additional expertise to address our daughter’s needs. She helped us as parents know where to be assisting all along the way. Our daughter has come a long way since we started with Theratime 15 months ago. Even though she gets her ST through school it was not enough, so we started one on one with Andrea. From a child who spoke hard to understand utterances of 2-3 words, now she speaks 7-8 words sentences and they are pretty understandable. I love how Andrea incorporates games and different toys, and my daughter thinks Andrea comes to play. My little one, also,is an active participant in the sessions and she never feels left out. So thank you for that! And I love how professional Andrea is, we are friends now, but every time after the session, she’d give me a summary of what they worked on and how they did. We still have a lot to work on, but I am sure we will get there one day!
